The goal of this module is to provide the knowledge and the needed tools to better design and valorise the personal curriculum according to features and requirements of a job position.

After studying this module, you could achieve the following learning outcomes:

  • You could know what are the main competences of a HR manager and the main activities of HR office
  • You could be able to understand specificness and needs of PwE to allow their optimal integration in a workplace
  • You could learn how to manage people considering the size of the organization and other diversity management aspects needed for PwE
  • You could be able to measure and valorize the performance of the staff in an organization, matching the proper evaluation methodologies also for PwE
