Concluding remarks

In organizing tasks for people with epilepsy, it is crucial to focus on inclusion rather than exclusion. Sensitising the team members to working with people with epilepsy is also essential. Understanding and considering the needs of the entire team, both their general goals and specific work-level needs, is important. People with epilepsy should be encouraged to express their needs within the team structure, and the organisation should facilitate addressing these requirements.

As a long-term organisational goal, developing to a self-organising structure can empower employees, both with and without epilepsy, to self-organise their tasks. This approach promotes inclusivity, autonomy, and collaborative work in creating a supportive and effective work environment.
