Diese Instrumente bieten strukturierte Ans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr die Zielsetzung, die Planung der Arbeitszeit und die Organisation der Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe: 1. Eisenhower-Methode, 2. Pareto-Prinzip und 3. Tages- und Wochenplanung<\/p><p>Es ist besonders wichtig, Mitarbeiter:innen mit Epilepsie auf diese Hilfsmittel aufmerksam zu machen und sie bei deren Anwendung aktiv zu unterst\u00fctzen. Als Unternehmen geht es nicht nur darum, das Vorhandensein dieser Tools zu kommunizieren, sondern auch konkrete Hilfestellung bei deren Anwendung zu geben. Durch gezieltes Coaching und praktische Anleitung k\u00f6nnen Sie sicherstellen, dass Menschen mit Epilepsie die Tools effektiv nutzen und ihr Zeitmanagement optimieren.<\/p><p>Die Sensibilisierung f\u00fcr diese Ressourcen und die aktive Unterst\u00fctzung ihrer Umsetzung sind entscheidende Schritte zur Schaffung eines integrativen und unterst\u00fctzenden Arbeitsumfelds f\u00fcr Menschen mit Epilepsie. Indem Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen ermutigen und bef\u00e4higen, diese Hilfsmittel zu nutzen, tragen Sie nicht nur zu deren individueller Entwicklung bei, sondern st\u00e4rken auch die Gemeinschaft am Arbeitsplatz insgesamt.<\/p><p>Im Folgenden stellen wir Ihnen drei Tools vor, die von Ihren Mitarbeiter:innen mit Epilepsie genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Wir geben Ihnen Anleitungen zur Nutzung der Tools und unterst\u00fctzen deren Anwendung mit kleinen Aufgaben am Ende jedes Tools.<\/p><p><u>Eisenhower-Methode<\/u><\/p><p>F\u00fcr ein effektives Zeitmanagement ist es wichtig, Aufgaben zu kategorisieren. Sind sie wichtig oder dringend? Dwigith D. Sie k\u00f6nnen diese Aufgaben aber auch eine Zeit lang aufschieben.<\/li><li>C &#8211; dringend, aber nicht wichtig. Sie sollten diese Aufgaben schnell erledigen. Die Aufgaben sind jedoch von geringer Bedeutung. Delegieren Sie diese Aufgaben, wenn m\u00f6glich.<\/li><li>D &#8211; weder wichtig noch dringend. Diese Aufgaben sind f\u00fcr die Erreichung der Ziele nicht oder kaum relevant. Daher m\u00fcssen Sie sie nicht dringend erledigen. Sie k\u00f6nnen diese Aufgaben oft unerledigt lassen.<\/li><\/ul><p>Wenn Sie die Eisenhower-Box verwenden, m\u00fcssen Sie zuerst die wichtigen und dringenden Aufgaben erledigen. Dann widmen Sie Ihre Zeit den T\u00e4tigkeiten, die wichtig, aber weniger dringend sind. Delegieren Sie die weniger wichtigen Aufgaben an andere oder verwerfen Sie sie. <a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p><p><u>Pareto-Prinzip<\/u><\/p><p>Das Pareto-Prinzip geht auf seinen Erfinder Vilfredo Pareto zur\u00fcck. Zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts untersuchte er die Verteilung des Grundbesitzes in Italien und stellte fest, dass 20% der italienischen B\u00fcrger:innen 80% des Staatsverm\u00f6gens besa\u00dfen. Daraus schloss er, dass beispielsweise italienische Banken ein F\u00fcnftel ihrer Zeit damit verbringen, 80% ihrer Kund:innen zu bedienen.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p><p>Das Pareto-Prinzip besagt, dass 80% der Aufgaben in 20% der zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Zeit erledigt werden k\u00f6nnen und die restlichen 20% der Aufgaben 80% der Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a> In der Wirtschaft bedeutet dieses Prinzip, dass 80% der Ergebnisse aus 20% der Eingaben resultieren. Zum Beispiel werden 80% des Umsatzes mit 20% der Produkte\/Kund:innen erzielt.<\/p><p>Was bedeutet das Pareto-Prinzip f\u00fcr Ihr Zeitmanagement?<\/p><p>Das Pareto-Prinzip hilft Ihnen, herauszufinden, was zu tun ist. Auf diese Weise strukturieren Sie Ihre Arbeit und beginnen mit den wichtigsten Aufgaben. Vorausschauende Planung schafft Raum f\u00fcr Termine und Aufgaben, aber auch f\u00fcr ungeplante oder spontane Aktivit\u00e4ten und kreative Momente.<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p><p>Wer Zeit in die Planung investiert, braucht weniger Zeit f\u00fcr die Umsetzung und gewinnt insgesamt Zeit. Es ist wichtig, die Planung schriftlich festzuhalten. Dazu eignet sich eine gro\u00dfe Pinnwand oder ein Mindmapping-Programm wie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindmeister.com\/\">Mindmeister<\/a>. Planen Sie nur 60% Ihrer Zeit. Die anderen 40% sollten Sie sich freihalten f\u00fcr unerwartete Aktivit\u00e4ten, insbesondere St\u00f6rungen und Zeitfresser. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie konkrete Ziele festlegen und nicht nur Aktivit\u00e4ten auflisten. Anstatt beispielsweise \u201eTelefonat mit Person X\u201c zu notieren, sollten Sie das Ziel folgenderma\u00dfen formulieren: \u201eDie Tagesordnung f\u00fcr den Workshop mit Person X am Telefon besprechen\u201c. Verschieben Sie au\u00dferdem Aufgaben vom Vortag, die nicht erledigt wurden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie gen\u00fcgend Zeit f\u00fcr unerwartete Ereignisse und Unterbrechungen einplanen. Vergessen Sie nicht, Pausen einzuplanen, um Ihre Energie wieder aufzuladen.<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a><\/p><p>Die ALPEN-Methode eignet sich gut f\u00fcr die Planung des Tages.
