Epilepsie erfolgreich einen Arbeitsplatz zu suchen, m\u00fcssen Sie zun\u00e4chst genau dort anfangen, wo alle anderen Menschen auch anfangen: Bei sich selbst. Sie m\u00fcssen sich ehrlich fragen, was Sie gut k\u00f6nnen, was Sie nicht so gut k\u00f6nnen und vor allem: Was Sie wollen! Diese Frage sollte bei allen Menschen am Anfang der Berufsorientierung stehen, und bei Menschen mit Epilepsie sollte es nicht anders sein. Diese Priorit\u00e4tensetzung ist wichtig. Nat\u00fcrlich muss man mit den Einschr\u00e4nkungen, die eine Epilepsie mit sich bringt, umgehen. Aber der erste Schritt ist, sich mit den eigenen Vorstellungen und W\u00fcnschen auseinanderzusetzen.<\/p><p>Erst im zweiten Schritt sollten Sie sich mit den Einschr\u00e4nkungen auseinandersetzen, die Ihre Epilepsie mit sich bringt. Hier gibt es zwei Fragen, die vor allen anderen stehen: Kann ihre Epilepsie eine Gefahr f\u00fcr das eigene Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz darstellen? Oder k\u00f6nnen andere Menschen am Arbeitsplatz durch sie gef\u00e4hrdet werden? Epilepsie hat viele Gesichter und zeigt sich in den unterschiedlichsten Formen und Auspr\u00e4gungen. Gleichen Sie Ihre Berufsw\u00fcnsche mit Ihrer individuellen Auspr\u00e4gung der Epilepsie ab und schauen Sie, welche M\u00f6glichkeiten Ihnen bleiben. Seien Sie realistisch, aber auch selbstbewusst. Sie sollten auf jeden Fall vermeiden, Optionen vorschnell auszuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p><p>Wenn Sie bestimmte berufliche Ziele entwickelt haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie sich um Unterst\u00fctzung bem\u00fchen! Es ist wichtig, die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr die Arbeit mit Epilepsie zu kennen.
