nationale.<\/li><li>Fournir un cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence unifi\u00e9 concernant les principes, les interventions et les m\u00e9thodes de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/li><li>Renforcer les capacit\u00e9s administratives gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration interinstitutionnelle, afin de promouvoir des interventions innovantes. Cette d\u00e9marche vise \u00e0 renforcer les services existants offerts par les agences intervenant pour l\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap, en mettant l\u2019accent sur des initiatives cibl\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi.<\/li><li>Consolider la gestion syst\u00e9matique des donn\u00e9es administratives li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019insertion professionnelle, en assurant une mise \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et une circulation fluide des informations. Cela inclut le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019outils collaboratifs qui permettent aux diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes traitant de l\u2019\u00e9pilepsie de travailler ensemble de mani\u00e8re efficace. Ces efforts s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre de la gouvernance nationale, garantissant une analyse et une \u00e9valuation compl\u00e8tes des donn\u00e9es.<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9er une plateforme informatique accessible et dynamique pour la collecte syst\u00e9matique de bonnes pratiques d\u2019insertion professionnelle. Cette plateforme pourra faciliter la diffusion d\u2019exp\u00e9riences positives et efficaces, et contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les standards de gestion du syst\u00e8me de l\u2019emploi, tout en garantissant la disponibilit\u00e9 de mod\u00e8les d\u2019actions, de proc\u00e9dures et de projets.<\/li><li>Mettre en place un suivi annuel de la mise en \u0153uvre des lignes directrices, sous la supervision du Minist\u00e8re du Travail et des politiques sociales (en fonction de la l\u00e9gislation des diff\u00e9rents pays), avec la collaboration des administrations comp\u00e9tentes.
