Sont-elles importantes ou urgentes ?. Dwight D. Il a ensuite observ\u00e9 que les banques italiennes consacraient un cinqui\u00e8me de leur temps \u00e0 servir 80\u00a0% de leurs clients<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p><p>L\u2019id\u00e9e de la Loi de Pareto est donc la suivante\u00a0: 80\u00a0% des t\u00e2ches peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en 20\u00a0% du temps imparti, tandis que les 20\u00a0% restants n\u00e9cessiteront 80\u00a0% du temps<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a>. Dans le monde des affaires, cela signifie que 80\u00a0% des r\u00e9sultats proviennent de 20\u00a0% des efforts.
