The goal of this module is to provide the knowledge and the needed tools to better design and valorise the personal curriculum according to features and requirements of a job position.

After studying this module, you will achieve the following learning outcomes:

• You will be able to understand for PwE how to find and apply to a job position
• You will learn how to create a complete and understandable personal curriculum
• You will identify ways to make available and demonstrate the right competencies for the requirements of a job position
• You will be able to present and discuss effectively the personal curriculum during the selection process
