Queste discussioni non solo migliorano la qualit\u00e0 dei risultati includendo pi\u00f9 persone rilevanti, ma favoriscono anche una maggiore accettazione delle soluzioni sviluppate per integrare le persone con epilessia nell&#8217;ambiente lavorativo.<\/p><p>Questi dialoghi devono avvenire in un ambiente sicuro, dove tutte le parti coinvolte si sentano a proprio agio. Ad esempio, i dipendenti con epilessia necessitano di un supporto aggiuntivo durante le discussioni, da parte di una persona fidata o di uno specialista? Questi aspetti devono essere affrontati e le loro esigenze rispettate.
