In the assignment of tasks for people with epilepsy, it is crucial to focus on inclusion rather than exclusion. It is also essential to raise awareness among team members about working with individuals who have epilepsy.. Understanding and considering the needs of the entire team, both their general goals and specific work-level needs, is important. People with epilepsy should be encouraged to express their needs within the team structure, and the organisation should facilitate addressing these requirements.

As a long-term organizational goal, transitioning to a self-organizing structure can empower all employees, including those with epilepsy, to manage their own tasks. This approach fosters inclusivity, autonomy, and collaboration, creating a supportive and effective work environment.
