The learning module “Epilepsy and Time Management” shows in a practical way how employers can support people with epilepsy in developing effective time management. To this purpose, activities on the part of employers are defined and tools and methods for use by people with epilepsy are presented. The module emphasises the significance and utility of time management for people with epilepsy, outlining strategies like stress reduction, organisation and prioritisation, workplace adjustments, as well as planning work hours and breaks. As a result, people with epilepsy can achieve a more productive and satisfying working life through the provision of an epilepsy-friendly workplace.

- Employers will be able to create a working environment to support people with epilepsy in their time management
- They will be able to coach people with epilepsy in the development of their own personal time management through the use of different tools and methods.
