The learning module “Organisation of tasks to be assigned to people with epilepsy” initially outlines what employers need to be mindful of when delegating tasks to individuals with epilepsy. In the following it emphasizes the significance of perceiving the team as a whole and taking into account the needs of all to establish a comfortable working environment for people with and without epilepsy.
